We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes and do not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (“ATT”) permission.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from third parties, such as our service providers and the application stores through which you download our App. This may include basic information from the application store (e.g., app version and installation status) to support updates and troubleshooting.2.4 Mobile App Permissions
Our App may request the following permissions when you use features that require them. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.Camera and Microphone (e.g., to capture content or audio you choose to upload).
Photos/Library (e.g., to select files you choose to upload).
Push Notifications (to alert you about the Services).
Background App Refresh (to support timely notifications and updates).
We may derive approximate location from IP address for security and fraud prevention.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide and Secure our Website and Apps.
Communicate with you about the Services, including sending transactional messages, security alerts, administrative notices, and, with your consent, marketing communications.
Research and Improve our Services to enhance functionality and user experience.
Comply with Law and enforce our legal agreements.
We do not use information for targeted advertising and we do not process sensitive personal information as defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the following parties:Service Providers: We engage third-party companies to process information on our behalf for purposes such as hosting, analytics, and communications. They are contractually obligated to protect your information.
Business Transfers: We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, sale, or other corporate transaction.
Legal, Safety, and Rights: We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Gami, our users, or the public.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for our Website and Apps to function. We also use them for analytics purposes to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking some cookies may affect certain features
Your Privacy Choices & Rights
Communications: You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link in the message. We may still send you essential service-related messages.
Access, Correction and Deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that you have provided to us by emailing your request to support@gamiapp.io. We will take reasonable steps to verify your request (for example, by verifying access to the email associated with your account) and respond within the time required by law. You can also delete your account at any time in the App under the Settings menu.
Authorized Agents (California). You may authorize someone to submit a request on your behalf. We will require proof of authorization and, where appropriate, may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
Appeals (Virginia/Colorado/Connecticut). If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing support@gamiapp.io with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within the time required by law and explain our decision.
Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Sale/Sharing and Targeted Advertising. We do not sell personal information, do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not use targeted advertising. If this changes, we will provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms.
Global Privacy Control (California). If we ever engage in sale or “sharing,” we will honor browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Website and Apps, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Specific retention periods are as follows:
Application & server logs: retained for up to 90 days.
Crash logs (diagnostics): retained for up to 90 days.
Product analytics events: retained for up to 13 months.
Deleted data may remain in routine backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We limit access to personal information to personnel and service providers who need it to perform their work.
International Users
We are based in the United States. By using our Website or Apps, you understand that your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States. The Services are intended for users in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, you should not use the Services at this time.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice, such as via email.

Categories Collected: In the preceding 12 months, we have collected: Identifiers (e.g., name, email, IP address) and Internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., usage and device data). We do not collect sensitive personal information.
Purposes: We collect this information for the business purposes described in Section 3.
Disclosures: We disclose these categories to our service providers for business purposes as described in Section 4.
Sale/Sharing: We do not sell personal information or “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Profiling: We do not engage in automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning consumers.
Your Rights: Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. You can exercise these rights as described in Section 6.
Nevada: We do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law. Nevada residents may still submit inquiries to support@gamiapp.io
